the food was acceptable nothing special but nothing particularly bad.
the upkeep of the resort needs attention i saw dirty walls and poorly maintained paths near my room it was a beautiful room with a pool constant work outside the window created noise and dust the staff also struggled with english making communication difficult at times.

Mahmaed and El Sayed the butlers welcomed us. They were immediately ready to provide the required support. The hotel itself is beyond amazing. Everything regarding the facilities, staff, room, cleanliness, and food was very nice.
I found the air conditioning in the room to be very loud. The beds were also quite uncomfortable. The access to the beach felt too narrow.
